1) It's possible, but not by June. The existing quests that support Epic will be given difficulty choices.
2) Yes they will be changed.
Won't be exactly as I envisioned it, but sounds close enough that im excited.
Hopefully Epic - Elite will be a nice step up for the current boring way too easy casual epics.
Also sounds like current epic = epic hard.. which makes casul and norm easier.. I don't get why they need TWO more easier settings. Seems like casual should be easier, normal as now (but easier and more forgiving in some ways.. EG: Timer is being removed). , and hard and elite should bring new challenge. Hard would still be easy for veterans given another +5 lvls and destinies, and elite could be a real challenge.
