This is debatable depending on which source you read.  Some were let go yes, but the report I read said that even the ones that worked some this month (May) have not been paid for any of that work.  The last paychecks given out were Apr 30.

It's not debatable when the local news breaks into programming every 15 minutes to deliver updates.  They were all laid off in one swell foop.

OMG, yes!  I have been told that twice.  Also, once, we had a tourist who came up in a parka.  A full fledged parka.  We don't even wear that shit in the winter.  During the summer it gets over 90 F.  Sad times for her, sad times.

I just read that the cat followed up by visiting the dog house later that night, dropping some Willie Pete in on the sleeping dog.  #epochsfamiliarFTW

This reminds me of the movie office space where the stapler guy hadn't gotten a paycheck in like 5 years.  They fired him, but no one wanted to tell him.    People showing up to work even though they don't get paid.  Lol.

You know who also sucks?  Keith Baker.  I read his Dreaming Dark trilogy about a year ago (thinking it would be similar to DDO lore - I know...dumb on my part) and it made no sense.  I didn't even understand the ending to all three.  They didn't tie all that well and the books were boring as hell.

Fuck you.  He was the best Doctor Who ever.  Who cares if he's not that good a writer.

That didn't happen in the movie.

He had been fired, but no one told him and due to a snafu, he kept getting his paycheck for like 5 years.

Their solution was to fix the snafu so that he would no longer get his paycheck, but they still didn't bother to tell him in the movie.

I just got that impression after you spent 13 pages calling out eladiun for being an interwebs bully when anyone who's been posting on here already knew that.  I mean, he's proud of it and hardly tries to hide that at all.

I can agree he is off and on.  I like his Odd Thomas stuff and the Frankenstein series.  Intensity is also one of my favorites.

Frankenstein series got fuckin weird. With that said I've read, and enjoyed, all of them.

I figure Tom Baker is a bit too old to design Eberron.

Ah.  That's right.  I had it wrong.  It was still funny as hell.

When people bring in their personal lives, it is all fair game.  This board promotes trolling.  If you bring something up, expect it to be used against you at a later date if not immediately.  You want to bring up personal shit, well, that is your problem.

If one fails to understand the nuances of elite level trolling they would falsely interpret posts meant to fan the flames as support.
