Does anyone remember a Turbine employee posting about shroud completions a while back?

I kinda remember a thread about wanting to change the way that the shroud finishes to promote farming and prevent unwanted completions.  The response was basically "No, we don't have any intention of changing that because quests are designed to be completed."

I want to link it on a thread on the ddo forums, but I can't remember who said it and how far back it was.

Who was the dev?
MadFloyd? It was not FoS, and me thinks it was not Tolero...could be Cordovan?

My best guess would be Eladrin or MadFloyd.  But I can't seem to find it anymore.

Flimsy would also be a choice for this kind of post, but I didn't track anything down from him either.

I'm definitively sure it didn't come from the usual suspects : Madfloyd, Eladrin, Tolero, Cordovan

I checked (fast) the 318 visible messages from MajMal, nothing there.
It could be that he wrote that in "End of the Week...", I just was checking the titles that could have something to do with the Shroud.
