	http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Release_Notes_Update_14_Hotfix Quote: It is now possible to repeat quests that are tied to the Campaign system (e.g. Korthos quests, Web of Chaos) Opening a Challenge will no longer block XP from other quest types, nor cause quest CR to drop to 1, nor prevent you from picking other difficulties. Fixed an issue that was blocking some Epic Tokens & Epic Token Fragments from being picked up. Epic Fire Reavers now scale properly for the quest level / difficulty. Fixed an issue that would sometimes block a player from speaking with the NPC leading to/from the Forgotten Realms. Banished a crashing issue caused by naughty Lawful Evil Outsiders. Pulling the lever too soon in Beyond the Rift will no longer break the quest. Corrected an issue with spider CR in Web of Chaos. In a related story, a lot of shit's still broke. Film at 11.

	I was really hoping they fixed Fred, LR's, and Level 24. I have characters that are kinda stuck in limbo till they fix that crap.

Fred won't be fixed for at LEAST another week and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it takes them a month. If they fix it before then, they'll just have to take him down again. That whole separating normals from epics so fred can't exchange things he shouldn't be able to is going to be a nasty ugly hotfix...and will probably break something big ala healing amp. Maybe toughness will stop stacking

Should be easy. There are already feats with a minimum level just make the Epic feats minimum level 21 problem fixed. 	Some asshole in my guild placed the planescaller where the phiarlan lady was below decks after the hotfix. Didn't bother to check the buffs I was getting.
