By popping into threads and being a douchbag about things that aren't even related to what people in the thread are talking about, you've managed to move yourself back into negative rep (again). Congratulations!
For everyone else, I'll add some cliff notes, as it were.
Now, keep in mind that the thread is a rather long discussion about whether or not people should have to level up in their "off" destinies to get access to them for twists of fate, or if they should be able to somehow stay in their main destiny and let bonus xp accrue towards other destinies.

Well, from the myriad of *OMG! ED IS BORKED!* threads, and the main being tied to the lv 24 problem, Why would you continue doing anything passed what is WAI?
Hence, stop taking levels, using points at level 22 til it's fixed. This way you can still play and dont have to worry about a permaborked toon.
Side note: Im so looking forward to saying I told you so in all of the whine posts when Turbine does fix this but cant *fix* toons for people who were impatient and just had to get lv 25.
