Terraria's Former Art Director is heading up a new 2D Sandbox Game, this time, based across an entire universe.

I still mess around on Terraria sometimes, just to have fun with it. I love open ended games you can't really "beat".

i like to be able to "beat" something about them just would take forever or you have to be amazing to do it.

oh even if there wasnt bosses i wouldnt mind. beating it can mean anything. maxing a crafting skill, getting some super rare drop or crafting it, being ultra rich, max lvl even if its irrelevant (by that i mean no in game benefits), best in slot gear. that kind of stuff

and for comparisons sake i didnt think it took long at all in ddo to do anything :/ besides completionist kind of? and even that doesnt take a long time if you can run with people you like who are equally as motivated/fast.
