And Who the hell lets the wall come up in part 3 anyway?  If the groups is that full of idiots screw the water chests and trigger the fountains.  I haven't seen the wall come up in shroud for 3 years or more probably, puzzles ain't gonna get any harder on elite.

You obviously don't play with the typical Sarlona PUGs (I always stuck to "fast" Shrouds to avoid them).

You have no idea how much Sarlona flower sniffers love their chests. You might think you can imagine, but you actually have no idea. The one time I started breaking crystals when the wall came up, I got reformed around.

Sounds about right for the Sarlona pug scene.  I prefer to camp out in the middle (after doing a water run or two), go afk for a poop, and let evolution sort it out.  Of course evolution isn't a very effective process with all those fucking res shrines everywhere.

Really with their no fort and terrible builds they arn't that much worse than most random pugs I have run with.  The only difference I guess is now they managed to get beyond level 12 to where it actually matters how much you suck one time.  Then turbine sells more hearts so they can fix their mess.

I do think turbine really fucked up in their gear selection not giving every single one of them heavy fort and at the very least a con4/false life item.  Just to make it CLEAR how useful that is to a character.   They had a great chance to help new people out in learning what matters and they gave them garbage.

My compter has been broken for 6 days.  That has not significantly changed the number of quests that I have PUGged compared to normal.

I stopped pugging when there is XP involved. Either solo or with guild.

If I have an LFM up it's because I'm set up to solo it anyway and I just want bodies in to speed it up.

I think it was lazy and sloppy to make it mostly existing named items instead of creating some new items with some class specific mutations. Smacks of a last minute 'oh shit' realization. 

And would it have killed them to give a couple of weapons that break DR? Fuck, even a shitty metalline of righteousness.

Some pugs, however, are excellent!

On my main, I ran a sub 20 min shroud today - not counting the 25 min while it was selectvely formed.  Also got my anchoring boots and am 3/4 flagged for TOD - all without breaking my streak - and earning a shit ton of xp.

Some days you are the lawnmower, some days the grass.
