	It was obvious after the first month that they had to do something if they wanted to keep going. So 6 month after release, massive server merges. and 9 month after release, F2P model. seriously, even those that were thrilled by the idea of a SW MMO among my DDO guildies ( and that went away for it ) are coming back to DDO just because there's no real endgame ( beside PvP ) in SWTOR and so many things are not existing/crude. [ LFM panel anybody ? ] On the other hand they have a log for the guild vault, that should give a hard on to some Crazy_Clown.

	So, we have to admit...yes, DDO engine is outdated, it is full of bugs, the GM are assholes, but...they release new content, and they get you hooked, somehow.

	I don't find DDO engine outdated, just wonky from time to time. I can live with most of the bugs, though there's a few that are really fucking gameplay. My latest GM interraction was ( lessthan 5 mins after filling the ticket ) : +GM+ it is not a known issue please fill in a bug report. Me : Ok, thanks for not much Me to party : One min, GM told me to fill bug report. Initial problem : We completed law room in PoP Elite ( XP showing in the log ), but the door didn't deactivate and the power cells were not collectable. Group reaction after bug report : moving on. We completed, recalled and all... It's not as if it was really pissing us to do one more room... we were more or less set to do them all. Never had hour long response time to GM tickets and until now they have always solved my problems. There's 3 things DDO has the other games I tried doesn't : - Mature players - No PvP so to speak, so no e-penis waving - relatively customizable characters that can still work at end game. ( meaning that it's possible, under certain circumstances, to play a gimp ( non minmaxe, not equipped fully ) character at end game and still have fun. )

	SWTOR has an endgame. It lasts for a month - at most. Also, pvp as endgame? LMAO. The pvp is nothing like it used to be. It is easy to get the gear now, and groups are shit. Take 3 guildies with you, be organized, and you will win every fucking pvp match.

	Easy answer : fuck PvP. It's one of the reason why I stay in DDO. E-penis wavers have long left the game due to the lack of PvP.

	Elladian is the one true and honest fan fo this MMO. He will be the last guy standing in that MMO. His fanboyness is just sickening at times. But why mock him about it. Everyone has his/her own tatses.

[ LFM panel anybody ? ] We did it slightly differently...we took a break in April/May to run TRs and get ready for U13.� Now, we are back playing both TOR and DDO because we are honestly getting a bit bored with DDO again.� We float back and forth.� The group finder that was added is kinda sexy tho.� The lack of content updates is an issue.� They fell behind fixing and adding things that should have been there at release.�

We get it you like star wars but you must also see that the star wars genre just doesn't support a popular MMO.
