I would assume that Captainker is misapplying a guideline by Toledo Tolero.  I would think this caution would only apply if the suggestion to test in Live would be made in a condescending manner.  But then, I sometimes can't figure out the hive mind of DDO Forum mods.

He's right. They read all sorts of things into what people say about the Turbine staff.

For instance, I only implied that if Tolero was a DDO character (a bard, I think it was) she would have dumped both INT and CHA. And that got me permabanned. They're rather sensitive.

I'm assuming he got infracted for going at the devs and is now trying to spar with the Mods over it passive aggressively.

I'd suggest that they are all barbarians, who shockingly dumped CON too - assumption based on barbaric methods and a culture of thin skin.
