having fun with no spoilers: Monastery

here I am again with the two choices:

1) Do my work (QA at food safety) properly.
2) Be an incompetent and make a fully innecesary post in The Vault.

Yesterday I entered for the first time the Monastery of the Scorpion, with one friend of my static group. I have lots of fun with him, as he has a Ranger AA pew pew and I dont miss the chance to call him GIMP, incompetent "Yeah, hide behind the horse, I dont want you to get hurt" and so on.
Having no clue it was very challenging even in Normal, we spent several hours and wiped at the end boss. We realized too late that there was a puzzle, and that the tiles were disapearing misteriously.
I guess we could have killed Mr. Scorpion the brutal way if we would have stayed focused. We were beating him as we decided I should try to solve the puzzle while the pew pew will discract the guy. Well, it didn´t work very well, after some pew pew there was ding ding, anyway quite a lot of challenge and fun.

My friend couldn´t belive me when I told him that the usual TR groups do this quest in Elite, Zerging & masturbating with a brick.

Best six posts I've read in a while.  (Yes, I'm easily amused).

Autoerotic brick-dick-mutilation is no laughing matter.  It's what killed the kid who played Atreyu in Neverending Story.

There should be an online support group for it. I think Epoch is just the person to start one.

The brick is used when the Source of All Evil come in and asks Epoch to give her 12 inches and make it hurt.
He bangs her 3 times and smacks her in the head with the brick obv.

Total post count on the Vault nearly 2k.

Does no one else think that this is fucking ridiculous?
The Vault has turned into the fucking Harbor General Chat.  I've noticed other things like this before around here, and it simply never ceases to amaze me.  I mean, how the fuck do level 6 noobs that have been playing for a month even find the Vault?  And if/when they do find the Vault, how the fuck do they get to nearly two thousand posts prior to ever running Mona, without having first been driven the fuck out of the Vault?
It amazes me.

edit:
But I must admit that I am pleased that no one has attempted to correct his noobishness.  It's fantastic, and it's at least a small comfort.

Thank you for proving my fucking point about Harbor General Chat.

This sort of thing doesn't bother me, but then I'm a relative newcomer to the Vault.

Azog doesn't pretend to know things he doesn't(unless he's trolling), and he's a fairly entertaining person.  What type or how skilled of a player he is doesn't have anything to do with that.
