Best of my knowledge, there is no way to control end point, so you could end up re-using IP addresses. No need to delete cookies just run it in "incognito" browser window each time (or write a script)

	My guess is they'll flip the switch around 10:00 AM Boston time, and XP is clearly the winner in the polls. But I'll check a quest an hour or so after Midnight and see if it kicks in early.

	So, the bonus is not turned on, and now people on the DDO forums are speculating that since the poll was under the "Store Event" banner, then what we were voting on was a store item that is on sale for this week. I certainly hope turbine isn't that stupid... but with their history, you can't really rule it out.
