At least with abbot you knew quickly that it was bugged out unlike other quests (epic normal mater artificer) which take a stupid long wilderness run plus completing half the quest before it bugs out (end room fight nothing spawns after first wave)

Had an issue in Prison of the Planes the other night, the Law questions bit was bugged again.  Guy would not despawn and let the door open so you could snag the other orbs.  After reading this I assume it is related.

I already posted this somewhere, but that's been bugged since at least U14. It doesn't bug 100% of the time though IME, just most.
