Well sice peasants don't respawn and die rather slowly as well this is not what I would call the ideal place to farm them. Don't know why you would want to do that in the first place though, is there any incentive to that which I'm not seeing?

If you really wanted to, you could probably bot/semi afk stand your ground with a pet class or something.

Have you managed to find 30 earth ellies tho ? I'm not that interested in the exterminator deeds yet, but trying to find all types is fun. A guildy has done a list using the wiki's list of monster, and only found 27 earth ellies in game.
Maybe not possible to complete them yet ?

I want the wraith pet, but that one is tricky. There really isn't any big wraith spawn or even small wraith fast respawn that I can think of.

Wraiths maybe the start of Delera's part 3 (The Crap Part)?  There are 6 in that circular room near the start.

I agree that sounds painful though.

Re: Bats.
I did the Coal Chamber on casual thing to get up to 2000 kills for Mastery.  2 hours of my life I'll never get back. 

Getting 12 types and just 1000 kills might be easier if you know where they are (and can get VoD done in a timely fashion) for the 2 types that I'm pretty sure are unique to there.

Trying to do human slayer now which might be useful.  Killing the Silver Flame guys in Cursed Crypt intentionally is fun.
