It was worth something (maybe a +3) when the loot tables were fucked. But now there's three tiers above that - level 24 114 item, level 25 120 item, and +6 level 25 item with 3DC instead of 2. But a +4? I'd give a +4 tome for some of the shit Axer is smoking.

	Thread was started July 5th, so while it's still a laughable overvaluation on his part he probably didn't realize those kinda scepters drop like chestnuts and thought it was a special drop from CRUSHING ITTTTTTTT on EE. I just defended Axer... I'ma go lay down.
