Yep, I too received a "Warning" from IWMettleblade about trading TP for items. Although, I believe that warnings are only sent out to people that have threads reported. In my case I believe Norg got sand in his vagina after reading mine, he made some stupid ass comment about "little dicks" wanting to trade for TP in one of his marketplace posts around the same time mine was up, shortly after I received the following in my inbox.

Have had a market post for 2 weeks looking to buy some tomes and stuff for reds or TP.

Today, got a PM warning from a moderater, IWMettleBlack.  Said I was breaking rule number 11.  No selling in game items for real world dollars.  He deleted my trade thread.

I complained because there a bunch of others doing it.  Crazydamage is selling plat for TP in a thread, FFS.  None of them got del. Just me.  Sent it to Cordorvan and Tolero too.

I dun wanna get banned so I re-posted my thread w/o offering TP this time.  Cord PM me saying "It was a mistake.  I'll put your post back" and does It.

It was wierd.  Not real hot on TP trades ATM.  Think they might be debating it behind doors. [/quote]

If I recall correctly, there was a customer service announcement detailing a meeting and unavailability yesterday.

I'd be inclined to think this was on the list of talking points at their all staff meeting.  Could be interesting to monitor for now.

Also, I've received a recent infraction from IWMettleblade for calling someone out trolling me in a thread that Cordovan refused to reverse.  He's something of a loose cannon and more or less clueless.
