1. Note that the words lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered represented by LGBT all mean different things. Point made.

2. Smrti gets mocked for a unicorn tattoo because it's hilarious. It's a specific mocking due more to his cluelessness than anything else, and it isn't a thinly veiled attack on a group of people. (Usually - there are a couple Vaulties that are stupid about that, but that's neither here nor there at the moment.)

3. As cdr said, attacking someone for being a crappy employee is one thing. Attacking an entire group of people because they make some others feel uncomfortable is another thing. Those two things don't go together.

4. No one should actually have to explain any of this.
