y expectation is basically nil, it is easier that way, after they broke a toon and in the end my only recourse was a TR I paid for.
mine at just a bit over nil... GMs seems to be able to get a stuck character unstuck, if you give them the location where you're stuck and the location you want to end up to.
What is the worst is that you and me had, once upon a time, to deal with the AD GMs that spawned broken mobs or chests, completed quests that broke or created a uniform for a guild just because said guild made a server event.

It's unbelievable after playing some other MMO's how bad Turbine's customer service is.
Really in Europe we had a massive gold GMs ( Alchemical Dream people ), they really really helped solve problems and the response time was always under 2 minutes. Then it went back internal to Codemasters and it degraded a bit ( longer response time mostly, they still did a lot of things ).
But in the US I don't expect much except getting a stuck character unstuck.
