Does anyone know if the attack bonus from the planar focus stacks with the attack bonus item enchantment (competence bonus).  Another player swears it stacks, but my bullshit detector is going off.  Personally, I don't have one, so I can't test.  His reasoning is that the planar focus is an untyped bonus.  It makes sense, but can anyone verify?

Now here is a question for you, what kind of worthless, piece of shit build do you have to care about to-hit?

With a pair of +4 attack goggles on, it indicates that it has added 4 to my attack while the planar focus and an appropriate weapon are equipped.

You were 3 minutes late, I have answered this question and asked a far more important one.

Why do you care about hitting with Paladin?
When you hit you aren't going to be doing damage anyways.

Must be a truly terribad pally

My 20 strength, envoker build FvS sometimes breaks out the long swords when I'm bored, low on mana on EH quests and I rarely miss even named bosses.

Seems the joke was lost.

But the paladin I've never made has no trouble hitting anything either.

My virtually no strength having sorc does the same thing lol.  Since the AC 'improvements', hitting mobs has never been easier.

I'm doing the two +5 hearts thing right now to get my past lives done...

My currenty xp farming build is an xx sorc/2 artificer, with an 8 starting dex.  No problems at all hitting things with a +1 w/p repeater when I'm trying to save a little mana while leveling.

I'd imagine the too hit would suck balls in end game content, but haven't tested it at all.

I'm the 'sharans(Osharan, Asharan, Osharina, Asharina, etc.) And Epoxy. And Notverysexy.

Interesting.

I am doing the same thing with the xx wiz / 2 arti approach. Slower spells but better synergy with arti.

Last life to qualify for completionist.

I'll also let you know when I give a fuck what you think about the difficulty I run my fvs on while earning fate points.
