Destroy your server's LFM (Read 8993 times)

	Log on to a toon, open LFM, log out, login with a different account.� Repeat for all your accounts.� Crash the LFM damn you crash it!� If you log back in on an account it will reset it though.� So who wants to join me in creating a bunch of new F2P accounts just to fill the LFM with trash? Seems like more fun than DDO itself.

	It's also worth pointing out that your character's ID that they use for tells and such stays with the LFM so it might be possible for GMs to track it back to you.

And in the LFM it doesn't keep your character's name, unless you're saying that support can find who the poster is, which make sense yes.

	My guess... For the LFM spammers, enjoy your time away from the game. You get a table string error on who you send a tell on the LFM. This is because the temporary file that stores the LFMs was borked up. But the database does store the original player character ID/user acct ID in another table. And with this, Turbine is now checking the LFM logs and will be issuing one day suspensions and three day suspensions. Some frequent abusers will see a little longer time frame. But, this might get the issue addressed a bit faster. Or, just a smaller player base for awhile. Either way, it got Turbine's attention.

No, I'm one of the rare Vaultie in my guild ( if not the only one ) and they were all WTF with the LFM. I told them the long and the short and warned them that it if they wanted to play with it, they would probably earn a vacation. ( well you know Tame Guild on Tame G-Land, 1 real Guild Drama in almost 7 Years and it didn't show up anywhere except on the Guild chat and a bit on guild forum )
