Er... you don't need to run all of that at 11. It's available from 8-12. 13 even, with a 10% elite hit. Shadow Crypt runs 6-10 are almost certainly better XP than anything else in 8-13.

I have absolutely no problem with that, but when people want to run Shadow Crypt 5 times and then spend 1/2 hour with their thumbs up their ass, I end up wanting to stab people.

With all of the new bonuses, I agree that ransacking XP isn't needed, but it's a hell of a lot better XP than standing around and picking each others noses, waiting for the group to figure out which quest to get into next.

The people who have good XP/minute don't have that problem.  What quest should we do next?  It doesn't matter - just get the fuck into the quest and GO! GO! GO!
