What browser were you using?
I know the other day they said that they were having some troubles with IE, but they supposedly fixed it.  I recall them saying something about a troubleshooting guide on their site somewhere.  Go look for it.

I had the same exact issue.  I tried again in Google Chrome and it worked.

Firefox worked for me.  Got an email confirmation of my submission a couple of hours later.

It might just be your security settings and widgets.  I use a number of them and have to remind myself to allow this and that in a number of them before submitting info.  Sounds like something you have active to protect your browser (i.e. NoScript/Ghostery/BrowserProtect/AdBlockPlus etc...) is preventing the submission.

In cases like that I go with Google Chrome.  I still avoid using IE whenever possible.

And yeah, I use Chrome for just about everything. I use Firefox for a handful of specific things.

I mentioned it at work to a couple of gamers there that I knew played Skyrim and they all signed up as well.  Some of us are bound to get in.

hahaa, I didn't assume anything, I simply asked because I knew they had issues with IE a few days ago.  Actually I assumed that you used something else.  I assume everyone does.

My app was rated as an "Excellent" chance, but I didn't get the 48 hour email...... take that however you want, I guess. Odd thing was that it went from "average" to Excellent by just saying I was in a guild. Not having the guild registered at their site may have been what did me in... Who knows. But it wouldn't hurt to get a guild registered there before you apply- I'm sure everybody here is in one.
