Half-Elf 18 FvS/2 Monk:

LR+5 into Fighter.  Wait 1 week.  EDs were still working fine.
LR+5 into Fighter.  TR immediately. 
8 calendar days later, hit 20 and visit the Fatesinger in the Marketplace: 0 ED XP.  The only vestiges are 2 unallocated fate points from a Tome of Fate +2 I purchased two lives ago.  Previously I had unlocked tier 4, tier 2 and tier 1 twists.

According to in-game support GM, this is not on the known issues list.  I submitted a ticket through their online support portal.  The only shred of hope I have is that I've been a VIP for years, and maybe that accounts for something in their automated CSR checkboxed process.

Anyone know someone who has had a similar problem and had their ED XP restored by Turbine?  If you'd rather not post it publicly, then please PM me in confidence.  Thanks.

Yeah, this. I know it puts me completely off doing anything with a LR on a couple of toons, toons I would have dropped points on. It's hurting their bottom line, sadly not in a visible enough way for them to care. Easier to sell the noobs +1 full plate and rez cakes.

Considering all the "changes" players have to endure in this game I think this is probably the worst!

I found last life that using Lockania's free feat change reset all the APs spent in every ED tree but left the all the XP untouched.   I felt like I dodged a bullet.

Closing tickets without reading them is SOP for about 90% of their GMs, GMs know they can get away with it. The only way I've had, say, a GM fix a stuck mob was by having 3-6 people each file a ticket so that there was a chance of actually getting one that does his job.
