If you're going to do a PL anyway, just do the pally. Sheesh.

There's nothing to discus. You're correct in your statement. Gunga is the king or TRing. My hat has been off to him for this accomplishment for a while now. Dude is a stud.

It's a pretty solid build.
It has one flaw though. It's a toaster. I can't fucking stand to look at the toaster's back when I'm playing.
I think this is the biggest reason, I will never build it - I simply will not ever play a warforged again.
I am thinking of trying out a human version
if i decide to do another artificer life on my completionist, just because I can and if it sucks it can easily die when it hits 20.

being human completely negates the reason to go Artificer.

Quickened recon is so mainstream.

Well you can take construct essence and get 50% of a WF's healing power via quickened reconstruct.

You want a self-healing fleshie go pally/bard/ranger/cleric/FvS . . . something with Divine magic.
The whole point of going arti on the robot is quickened-recon.

What's that work out to be? Serious question. I've got a Ranger who's quickened/maxxed CSW hits for about 350 . . . if you could get about the same it might be viable.
I still don't think it's a good idea.

Depends on your repair spell power. Whatever your WF jug is getting, divide it by 2 and that's what you'll get, with the same gear.
For instance I have a WF sorc who took most (if not all) of the repair line. He has a 120 item and a few more bumps from destinies. A self-cast reconstruct hits him for 535. Halve that and you're at almost 270. But that's a rather heavy investment, depending on if you can slot 120 repair and if you're willing to take a lot of repair enhancements. Then again, my arti is strictly a crafter these days so I don't know that you can take +70 SP to reconstruct via enhancements.

I don't honestly know. I can log into my human crafting arti later and see if it works. I want to say the answer is no, but I'm not 100% certain.

Well, it isn't that I don't realize why they went WF, but my hatred of playing WF is enough that i don't care.
It will just be a past life build and from my memory of my last Artificer life - UMD is high enough to do heal scrolls anyways so with pots and scrolls and my collection of silver flame pots (for oh shit situations), I will probably survive fine.

There's also the part where you're immune to a lot of shit like Hold, and honestly, WF are still top casters.

They got rid of a lot of the immune things - but that doesn't change the fact that WF look stupid and make me complain when i play them...

Have you tried the hair dyes? I find that does wonders for them.

One thing for everyone who is a "skeptic" on this issue: Insurance companies are basing their underwriting on the assumption that it is real. They are refusing to write policies on homes that are likely to be in danger from rising seas 20 years from now, even though the resale rate of the homes is so high that they could keep writing policies for another 10 years and still not have to pay out on 1 policy in 5, but that would be irresponsible. Unethical, as well, but that's never stopped anyone before.

eSoS/Cleaver with Planar Conflux. Pinion as high as the upgrades will go.
Someone mentioned the T3 Ring of Artifice before. Basically, anything that works on a good THF melee toon, with extra Ranged bits added here and there should work. If you can see the other forum, check the thread for a ton of gearsets that folks have been posting.
