	We had 24 hours of unplanned downtime once and only once. It took a series of errors involving a backhoe and a fiber optic bundle, concurrent with corruption in several tables with millions of records, a hardware failure during restoration of the corrupted tables, and then the need to rebuild some indexes and fix grants. Even that took out only one part of our system.
