I just felt like it lacked the free-roaming of most final fantasy games, which usually expects you to go roam a bit, do some side stuff, gain some extra levels, THEN go fight the boss, rather than basically scaling everything as you go. It felt very.... dumbed-down in a way.

	If you want to play a good FF game, go get Lost Odyssey. the only bad part about LO is the fact that there is the likeness of the kids porom and palom from FF IV. oh and king tolten is the biggest bitch in video game history.

	Agree, I liked Lost Odyssey. FF games have gone downhill for me personally since 9.

	Not sure I would want to invest in a Sony product right now. They aren't doing to well from what I have read. These numbers are all unit sales comparisons of the first two quarters of Sony's fiscal year versus the previous year: Video cameras (-9%) Digital cameras (-29%) PCs (-9%) LCD TVs (-28%) PS3/PS2 (-22%) Vita/PSP (-14%) PS3/PS2 Software (-9%) Vita/PSP Software (0%) Sold 2 buildings and leased them back to get some cash too. PS3 hasn't done anywhere near as well as the PS2, so this generation could end the play station line if its not successful.

	I am talking about the overall health of the Sony corp, not who is ahead. Currently Microsoft is much healthier than Sony, and if Sony doesn't beat Microsoft from the start this gen, Sony may be irrelevant for the next gen.

	This is the dumbest fucking line of conversation ever. Microsoft has still never turned an overall profit on the Xbox franchise and is massively floundering in the desktop and mobile market. Saying they are some kind of economic superior to Sony may be one of the more ignorant things I have seen posted around here and that is saying something. The metaphorical chickens are coming home to roost for both companies.

	In addition to what Wombat said, I personally enjoy the idiot level financial analysis that you are throwing at us.� When your Current Affairs teacher has you read a couple articles I encourage that but when you take those articles and try to build a financial profile and predictlong term stability in the console market It's laughable.� �Especially when you use statistics without considering socioeconomic factors or comparison to other companies in the same market space.� Now that aside you are talking about the generation after PS4 to which I say who gives a fuck, I'm not marrying the fucking thing.� �The console king has changed many times...� Atari, Nintendo, Sega, Sony, Microsoft, Sony. Look how many consoles are dead by the road.� It might be Steambox next or who knows.� Nintendo sold 100 million Wii's that sit under everyone's parents or grandparents TV and don't get played.�� I will continue playing both PC and Console.� It doesn't make one dirty.� All I know is that Tomorrow at lunch time, I will pick up Tomb Raider and have a blast playing it on my PS3 and I will buy a PS4 launch day and rock it out as well.� What happen the generation after that who knows? 	Considering I work in the sales and repair industry of electronics, I would have to say that Sony having problems isn't due to poor product or service. They are my number one recommendation when it comes to home electronics. The Vaio sucks, but their TVs, home theatre/blu-ray and other peripherals, including the PS3, are the most dependable products out there and customer/technical service is top notch. The problem isn't product, it is sales and marketing. All of the major electronics manufacturers are having trouble, including Samsung, LG, Panasonic and Sharp. The rest are crap and not worth your money. It has to do with what people are willing to spend. Between internet sales and and cheaply made competition, the good manufacturers are taking losses just to get sales. Also, if Sony hadn't come in and saved Samsung with their panel production, Samsung may have had bigger issues than they already have. Samsung makes a decent product, but service, parts and tech support are basically non - existant. Several repair companies will not even look at a Samsung product. Samsung also produces appliances, which they basically copy from LG, so that helps their bottom line also.
