It really is.
You need to forget everything you thought you knew about how environments work in games, and then maybe you'll figure out what you need to do to progress.
I don't know if you watched the vid on the game's home page (linked above) or not, but it shows a *little* of some of the later game stuff as well.  I didn't add a vid here for that because you might not want to see any of that stuff, and the vid posted is literally just the first few minutes of play from one player's perspective.

Portal was awesome, but Antichamber is amazing.

Meh, what the hell.  It doesn't show that much anyway, so the possible spoilers are limited and will probably be forgotten by the time you come to any of them.

TotalBiscuit has a review on it as well.  That video is a bit longer and may contain more spoilers though, but yes this game looks messed up but in a good way.

I don't know when it was released, but yes, it's available.  I posted not because of a vid I saw, but rather found a vid and link for you because I liked the game.
