I ran it yesterday with a fairly competent pug group.   First time was a wipe with Truthful at about 50% and 2 undead dragons still on the loose. 

In typical runs, once the crystal and the last dragon pair were down, it was a snooze fest.  Beat down the Truthful One.  Kite/Tank the Reaver.  Typically they get to 2% about the same time.  Finish them off.  Nothing really goes wrong. 

Now, with the Stormreaver's bomb and the 3 dragons returning, it makes that post-crystal part a bit more interesting.  You just need a plan. 

Honestly, the biggest problem I see is the size of the room and the inability of most players to pay attention to where they are on the map.  It affects healing, trash management, and unexpected deaths. 

If you identify your beat down and kiting areas correctly and people stay in them, it's pretty easy to heal.  If people decide that, because they got a couple Wheeps or Wraiths aggrod on them, they should should run off to the other side of the room and then scream for heals, it's a fucking nightmare. 

If people kite dragons right past an assigned beat down area and the dragon unexpectedly breath attacks a group of players beating down some other mob, its a fucking nightmare.

You CAN deal with trash without running out of healing range.
You CAN kite/tank a mob safely without running out of healing range or exposing others to that mob's attacks. 

It reminds me of LoB back when people couldn't figure out the tells or were too stupid to not pull aggro right before a whirlwind. 

Some people just think that turning on auto-attack and running around like a chicken with your head cut off is how to raid.

and my articles aren't gripping but they pay the bills so can't complain just makes me go hmm when Turbine pulls that stuff.

I don't care either way I never go into a raid sober so it will be fun even if it wipes.

The damage from the bomb can be evaded or reflexed for half. The debuff gets blocked by spell absobtion. Unless you are the designated Stormreaver tank, you should not need more than few charges.

This is what I was noticing.

It also seemed like the trap was dispelling my Energy Sheath, but not sure on that.

Tried this in a pug last night on my wf shiradi sorc. The biggest problem is that PUGS DON'T FUCKING LISTEN. I said I'd kite the stormreaver and undead dragons away while everyone else worked on the truthful one. Mr Horc Tank didn't like that so he came over and started whacking away at the reaver. Then he got the dot. Then he ran back to the party because he wanted heals and then exploded everyone.  Oh, and the group wanted to fight the truthie in the middle of the room. Where the fuck am I supposed to kite everything? I don't know how big the AOE is on the BOOM, but I got hit a few times with it and managed to survive. Others, not so much. I figure it to be at least big enough to reach from the bottom step to the middle where everyone was.

Of course, guild runs don't always go much better. We'll see on Friday.
