While that in itself reduced the ever dropping value of gold, it also contained a bug that if players were to list 10 million and remove it they actual received double the amount back. Once this got out players went crazy duplicating trillions of gold, buying out high priced item and drastically driving up prices in general. One more reason to play Path of Exile..
