English is his second language, you moron. How many are you fluent enough in to carry casual conversation perfectly? And if you're going to claim any others, do post a bit of it here so that those people here that are also fluent in said language can pick it apart.
my problem stems mainly when a sentence is written when people are hiding meanings within the sentences. derpwood does that often posting a generalisation then nip at one particular detail
i was relating what was told to me by the sommelier at the "fine dining" told me, including the one at gordon's. when i asked what is the proper way to check a bottle brought to me, i was told that you should first take a sniff after you pour the wine into the glass, then swirl it to check for colour and presence of sediment. next is to swirl it for 10-15 s then take a sip. after than is an even longer swirling so one can check how the wine is after breathing. this is depending, older wines may not even need this step but the younger ones may need a longer time. this is followed by another sip with which i should draw some air into my mouth and to continue swirling as the wine develops its character in the mouth. the sommelier stated that entire purpose is to buy a bottle you like, which azog stated as well. there is no point in rushing and not simulating what is going to happen after they decant it
as per regular derpwood style, he would request for proof of what is stated by others but never once shows proof of his statements. i have no idea what he meant by a "nice diner".... like i stated in a post, there is a divide when i talked about my experience in my 3* and his experience in dining
