Stunned archers still using the map as a skating rink in Weapons Shipment, the one quest I had time to do last night. 

I'm tempted to make a video of mobs sliding around the place to the strains of Ravel's Bolero (as per Torvil and Dean's legendary Olympic figure-skating win) with score-cards popping up between each sequence...

On stunning fist they seemed to stay put pretty well in End of the Road last night.

Edited to note that I don't know how much I've adjusted my playstyle and timing to try to stun only mobs that aren't already moving.
