Ahh. I see a hop just before the first Turdbin server that is getting 100% loss and still is.

There was a disturbance in the force (network).  Some core routers had issues rerouting traffic for some regions. There is still some packet loss out there (mainly Cogent and Verizon). 

Neverwinter also had compliants.
