Anyone else that hangs out here playing Mech Warrior Online at all?  I find I've been playing it pretty much exclusively for the last month so I figured I'd see if there's anyone on here that I could group with.  My pilot name there is Yohgi.

Tried it for a while. Steep learning curve for a game with a lot of passionate players. I got thrown right into the meat grinder right away.

I played the table top version a bit in my youth, so I had some idea what was going on with building the mechs.  I still just dropped in on the trial mechs and spent a lot of time getting my ass handed to me quickly, though.  Still, it's pretty much the only thing I log into these days.  10 minute bouts is about perfect, even if I end up doing them for 4 hours straight.

I created an account months ago, to keep my name... I'll have to try it.

Getting ones ass handed seems right for me ( yes I played MW/Battletech long ago )

Been thinking about giving it a shot. Even more so after reading the following article, and realizing it'd be very nice to play a game where the Devs actually give a damn about the players...
