	Passed along from someone with closed beta access. Perfect TWF: 5% doublestrike, 10% offhand doublestrike. Perfect THF: 10% glancing blow damage, 10% triggering special effects. Epic Skill Focus: +5, requires 20 ranks. Epic Mage Armor: +20 AC Lasting Inspiration: +3 songs, +50% song duration. Epic Spell Power: +20 to specific element. Epic Damage Reduction: +10 PRR. Hellball: 10d6 acid, fire, lightning and sonic damage to enemies in an area. INT and CHA versions. Mass Frog: Cooldown is 60 seconds. FoD animation. DC 20 + WIS. Edit: Added a few more details.

	Honestly, it's about time.� I mean, what the hell is the point of being a Wizard if you can't turn someone into a frog? I mean, nobody's ever going to get it to land in EE unless more spells than just Mass Frog are added from Transmutation 'cos it's not worth specialising in it under the new system (Flesh to Stone being the other worthwhile Transmutation already in of course), but it's still cool that they added it.� I can think of a dozen spells from PnP that would be more useful, but not a single one I'd rather see go in ahead of this�
