Nothing comes ahead in the DPS calcs . . . yet.  I mean it's not good enough to bother pursuing on anyone who doesn't have it.

I meant kinda indirectly increasing your "dps".
Maybe it lets you slot that Avithoul for higher sneak attack, or play with gear to get imp deception ( more sneak, mobs turned away = less dmg taken, less time spent hjealing = moar dps ), or get better( or exc) seeker somewhere else, or reduce fort or whatever.  Or maybe that some more dodge somewhere just saved you spending 3 secs hjealing while your unbridled is active ...
It's hard to quantify, but 2 slots for 7 per hit on bleedable...
For full retard Shroud setup, perhaps yes but for everyday questing, I am not so sure.

You run with me all the time, do my guys lack survivability?

I used to use a Dunrbar ring when you actually could stun stuff on a a non-full-retard but since U16 I have ravager equipped 90% of the time.

The above combinations you mentioned don't really exist yet.  But say a STR/Seeker 10 Belt with a few slots and I'll  dump it.

My point is not all the TOD stuff is crap.  it's not worth the hunt if you don't already have it but if you have it some of it's still okay.

I have to admit I'm curious to see the new bonuses on the ToD stuff. Have yet to see anyone post any of them though. I still wear the stalwart set on my tank.

ML18 gear shouldn't be endgame.  Neither should Litany of the Dead (ML13).  FFS Turbine needs to add a profane +2 WIS/INT/CHA item already.

Which takes two more raids (rarely run I admit) completely off the menu.

Before Lamannia was brought down today (wilderness has been fixed), friend of mine saw these Quest Rewards:

Sage's Gloves: 9% crit positive energy spells, 8% crit repair spells (Equipment bonus).
Guardian's Gauntlet's: +9 CON, 8d4 Acid Guard
Skirmisher's Gloves: +9 STR, +8 Hit (Competence bonus)

I lack the vocabulary to describe how disgustingly awful this right here is. This fucking nonsense is just more proof that the devs don't play their own game.

I think it's more of a wanting to create a +9% crit item and making sure it works on both Fleshy and Warforged.   I mean one of the biggest gripes has been a lack of healing amp / decent repair amp gear for WF.

This, to me, appears to be a stab at solving that.   Then again if the gloves are ML 28 or something then nobody is ever going to slot them .. ever.  If it's ML 15 or something then it might be worth looking at.

What the fuck are you talking about? Spell crits have nothing to do with heal amp or any attempt at "repair amp". If you want to check if "[...]a +9% crit item[...] works on both Fleshy and Warforged[...]" how about equipping a fucking lore weapon? You want something wearable? How about blue dragon armor. You want an accessory? How about Noxious Motherfucking Embers?

Fucking shit.

Doubt NE will be 9% when U19 goes lives.

Apparently no one at Turbine has the forethought to create a single permutation that provides both heal and repair crit.  Treating them separately is futile.

I have an old old old old NE on my druid that is 9%, and not upgraded. AFAIK, current ones that drop are 6% until you upgrade them.

Remember, all crit items got drastically reduced in U19.  Turbine said they would readjust them upwards, but I wouldn't expect the same values as before.  Remember, Magical Training provides 5% crit now.  If NE provides 4% crit, I'd be amazed.  The Flawless Blue Dragon armor was only providing 3% crit before closed beta.

look all I am saying is that people complain that there is lots of "hjealing" and not a lot of "repain'" gear so to speak.

I think this is a sign that, perhaps, they are going to start making gear that has both.  Thus those gloves, or goggles or trinket or whatever will be equally useful for a divine healer and an arcane healer.

Now wheter 9% is good or not, well that really depends on what else is available, if it stacks and what it's ML is.

If putting both of them on an item takes it's ML over what just having one of them on then it's broken from that perspective.  It's also broken if the ML on it is stupid high (like 23 or something stupid)

I am just looking for a little light here and hoping that it's a sign that we will see more gear that will help out Divines and Arcanes equally.

Augment slot your Repair Spellpower.  138 augments are coming out.  114 are currently available.  You don't want to be relying on crits for self-healing.
