Litany stat bonus still stacks with everything and as such always provides some extra flexibility when gearing up. And the clicky is always a nice bonus on casters.

DC-Casting might be back on the menu come expansion pass.

I use a planar conflux with Twilight on mine, but the Twilight is sub-par now for DC casting and the stat on the conflux is sub-par, so the whole thing is probably shit and the Litany will be better.  It's a small boost, but it's better than no boost.
