Hey quick past life quesiton.

Currently wizzy will give you DC's once and +2 spell pen to a max of +6.

If I read things correctly they are taking both away, is that correct?

I am about to TR my wizzy to run and complete her 3rd wizzy life but I'd rather just dump her into sorc (her end game class) if I am not going to get the spell pen from it.

I am hoping it was pre-testing BS but wouldn't be surprised either.

Anyone help a guy out here?

I don't recall seeing anything definitive about changes to the existing heroic PL's.  There's been FUD, but nothing official.  More of the talk has been around adding ED PL's.

Ditto. I'm fighting to grind the last 1.8 million on my Pyrene before the re-roll.

BTW is the +20 LHW confirmed anywhere? Or will they just put everyone on the Heart Of Wind to re-roll?

It was in the inventory for the characters I copied to Lamannia.

And Squeak or Kookie confirmed it in the general forum while the NDA was still active.

Now remember that it's still bugged like any LR :

-Multi-class ( 3 class ) Epic Characters are shafted by the 3 class limit bug when they try to take their 3rd class.

On lamania I had no issue converting a level 25 18/2 to a 12/6/2

I figured as much. 10 days sounds like a lot of time to get 1.8 mill I've done much more in less...but

The bug would occur when taking a 12/6/2 and trying to move to a split 12/6/2 that would have a fourth class involved say go from 12 fighter/6 ranger/2 monk to 12 fighter/6 ranger/2 rogue. You have to watch how you leveled the first character as you can't get to the fourth class without having removed the 2 monk, in theory, first then you should be able to add the rogue. From what I hear it doesn't work if you try that. 18/2 builds would be fine to move as long as you aren't trying to add a fourth class at any point.

If I understand it right though you will have to toss out whatever you were working as.

So I could run a PM to 20, use the LR to relevel as a FvS then TR gaining the FvS Past life.

I suppose it will allow you to gain a PL on a class you don't like but want the passive for but in my case it sucks because I want the PL on this one.

Then again I could just save up the LR and TR back to 20 on a 4th wiz life and THEN use the stone ... LOL

I think I have a winner here.

With them taking Spell Pen out of the Elf tree they are basically forcing my main into a couple / 3 FvS lives and instead of an elf she's gonna go warforged.

Stupid design decisions are stupid.   Spell pen was the only reason being an elf worked / made sense for me.  Oh well it's gonna be a lot simpler to gear the toon and since I won't have to cross class UMD taking the skill points for spell power just got a whole lot easier.

Every caster shall now and forever more be a toaster.

With the LR20, what would you guys recommend for a pure Barb to change to?  HORC.  I may run EH at best on him.  Alt beater toon.
