CAUTION Shared bank eating items again

I just lost about ~200 tokens of the twelve to the shared bank (transferring over tokens to get a true heart).  This definitely happened, and wasn't some user error.  Filed a ticket, but who knows if they'll do anything. 

Just letting people know, be careful when transferring stuff. The bug is alive and well.

Oh boy, not that again.
Usually that kind of stuff happens with item transfer lag.
I normally get a message like "wait a few seconds before interacting with shared bank again" or the likes.
Definitely try keeping yourself logged in, hopefully your stuff is not stuck in limbo.
Have you re-checked all inventory/ bank/ shared/ vendors?

Yep, logged off a while ago and logged back on - still gone.  I had to throw away a trash loot to make space for the tokens to take out of the bag, then put in the bank.  Still not in the shared bank, not in buyback, not in mail recovery, not in my bag and I still have one empty space in my inventory.

That sucks man.
I try to empty TR cache asap to reduce the lag, and not even transferring anything when I got even the slightest lag. Or not accessing shared bank in crafting hall.
But then it might only be Placebo.

passed a buncha tokens back and forth. 

But I always make sure it's OK first by moving something else into the bank and out of it.

Just curious if this has resolved, Rav. 

I had a similar problem recently and noticed that the lost and found kicked in and mailed my stuff back later that day.
