They're trying to bleed out all the excess TP people have before the xpack hits. Because next week will have at least +4 skill tomes in the store (because you can win +4 and +5 skill tomes from Gold rolls) and they want people to need to buy more TP for them. And ya know everyone's gunna feel compelled to buy for the Mandatory Spellcraft and Heal tomes.
