A Question About Monday's Enhancement Pass Respec (Read 3367 times)

	I have heard rumors that we will be able to change classes with Monday's free character respec. If this is true then it would be possible to turn my 20 Wiz into a 20 Barbarian by using the free enhancement pass respec. I could then immediately TR him just to get a quick and painless 2nd barb life on my character. Does anyone know if this will be possible?

	Why wouldn't you be able to change classes with a +20 heart? Can you change classes with a +1? A +3? a +5? Logic dictates that if you can change levels with those, then the +20 version would act in a similar manner.

	Remember all it's a +20 Lesser Reincarnation : you get to respec, but you do not get any past life. I thought that kind of problem with game mechanics was limited to the official forum.

If I can change class with this thing then I can respec him into another class and then TR with a heart and get the past life without ever playing as that class, right? It would take the free respect plus a true heart of wood but give me a past life feat in a different class. Regardless I would have to use the True Heart either way to TR so it's not really an added cost just a way of getting a life quickly in a class I don't want to do 20 levels in.

	aligment or more than 3 classes, if you already multiclass into 3 classes you you can only choose from those if i remember well

In that case yes. You are a Cleric and want to get a Barbarian Past life while TRing into a FvS, you +20 LR into Barbarian and then TR into a FvS.
