Known Issues or lolz?

Trying to decide which known issue from todays update made me laugh the hardest. I think I am going to go with:

What Goes Up

NEW: Attempting to complete the optional to jump off of an edge of the encounter area will kill characters, and fail to complete the optional.

A close second:

Spells

During PVP, players with the Invisibility spell cast on them can still be seen by opponent players.

Reminded me of kids who close there eyes and walk into walls while "being invisible."

Known issues for update 19 can be found at: https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/150534-Official-Known-Issues

"NEW: The Wave of Despair enhancement for monks causes the Dark-Dark-Dark Finishing Move to give a negative level to nearby allies as well as enemies."

Cheesy

NEW: Barbarian Rage deactivates toggled abilities.

Does this include power attack? Related barb issue below:

Quote:
The following potions can not be used while raged. They will be updated in the future. Neutralize Poison, Remove Curse, Remove Disease, Remove Fear.

Not going to see a lot of barbs raging this week.

Note to any Turbine staffers reading this, and one I genuinely hope you share around the office: DDO has become a shit game because y'all have made it a shit game. Once it was great. Now, it's a festering puddle of monkey diarrhea. No matter how you try to justify it, or pat yourselves on the back for doing great jobs... it's a shit game now because of you. Y'all keep on giving the players the middle finger, and you keep expecting us to reward you for the abuse. I've had it with you narcissistic fuckwads and your myopic policies of ineptitude.

I know for a fact that was posted about in Lamannia, and one of the QA guys posted "read by QA".

I think the most fun I have with the game lately is when a new release comes out and everything is buggy as shit.

One thing for everyone who is a "skeptic" on this issue: Insurance companies are basing their underwriting on the assumption that it is real. They are refusing to write policies on homes that are likely to be in danger from rising seas 20 years from now, even though the resale rate of the homes is so high that they could keep writing policies for another 10 years and still not have to pay out on 1 policy in 5, but that would be irresponsible. Unethical, as well, but that's never stopped anyone before.

The Shadowfell Conspiracy quest Army of Shadow can fail to complete if players do not kill the Nightcrawler quickly enough. Players should consider running this quest on Casual for now to mitigate this issue while we investigate a fix.

Hah, bah, we all know when they do decide to enter a new point to the known issues list they first play Ini mini miny moe to decide which ones to pick and neglect, otherwise list would be as long as a script for coding in C, C++ and maybe even ActionScript.
Would be nuff to replace Old Testament only even more obscure and dogmatic than that shit.

I played the content and someone who knew they were delevellling fellow players insisted it was OK because ther were more bad guys than allies in the room.....

It was funny.  Real human players in your party don't like their well-being weighed equally with enemy mobs!  He was party leader, but people kept complaining....

Dispelling Shot (Arcane Archer): The description says it dispels beneficial buffs on the target.  In reality, it dispels Eladar's Electric Surge and Niac's Biting Cold.

Neg-Neg-Neg is hilarious. Highly recommend using this everywhere that there are enemy undead around.

Didn't say who it was beneficial for. Kind of like the Calomel wraps and Niac's. Calomel proc removes Niac, but Monks continue to use the wraps.   Roll Eyes

The “Every Light Casts a Shadow” proc from Shiradi Champion (and I assume Henshin Mystic) affects players.

It never left.
It was less obvious for a while because when you targeted a mob it was working, but it was still there ( not firing when targeting a friendly or nobody ).

It's just back to what it has always been : firing only when you target self.

This is probably a newb question but I'll ask anyway.  Is there any scripting in DDO?  So for example could you set up a simple script to "target-self-then-fire-off-aura"?  And then of course assign that to a key.

Actually, even if possible, it's kind of sad that players have to work around idiocy like this.

Not inside DDO itself, but there is free software that can do it.
