	Compared to +3 tomes which are really common now days, it's a +1 stat modifier. If you have +4 tomes, which are not too obscenely difficult to find, it might not even be a boost at all. So it's +1 to damage/hit for melees, +1 DC for casters, +1 saves/skills... The power of tomes has always been completely overblown. Their only good use is starting with low DEX and still qualifying for GTWF on STR-based melees. This new store offer is just a trap for min/maxers.

	My characters already had all +4s and 2-4 +5s, so it's not much difference to me or many other grinders. I do feel kind of bad for the few people that were buying hearts at 2M pp a pop to reroll 20 lists in search of the last +5 tomes they needed. Where higher tomes can make a pretty big difference is character building - +5 tomes make it a lot easier to hit prereqs for feats and such.
