NOT a good day for the DM's I imagine. Those poor bastards have my pity, it's like sending your D-Day spearhead in with rubber band guns and some plush bears for grenades.
I'm probably going to shit a huge bomb regarding customer (un)support this week...
I have a friend that downgraded from VIP to F2P... with MoTU ( Collector Pre-order) and ShadowFail ( Collector Pre-order) that ended up being a F2P... As in no access to any adventure pack that he should have access to ( from the MoTU Collector pre-order ).
He just ended up with a basic F2P account, not even a premium one.
( which he should have had since he was a VIP )
He contacted Customer (un)support through mail a month ago...
Since then he has gotten no news, has gotten nothing fixed...
And to make things worse, when we buy him a guest pass for somewhere if he happens to leave the area he can't enter back again, even if the guest pass is still valid.
I've been telling him for weeks to call Turbine, except that :
- From Europe it's not cheap
- From Europe the times to call sucks
- He has other things to do than waste time calling the US to fix things.
