I can be pretty relentless but fucking ~ 300 raid chests ( with a friend or two )and no item you want ?
Random junk in 40th reward is icing on the cake.

Weird they didn't design the loot from that raid in a similar way they've been multi producing everything these days. That way you wouldn't be on a hunt for The Pinion or a Pinion, you'd be on a lookout for Pinion 3c, or 2b based on primary prefix, secondary or tertiary suffix.
Wonder how long that would take you glued in front of your screen, filtering rubbish information and being placid instead on focusing on important ordeals happening around you.
This inconsistency in loot feels eerily similar to lobotomy.

I'll bet real money the root of the problem for this is the new FoS lootgen "system."

The QA team really needs to be looked at long and hard.

That was me and let me tell you I was pissed. But we all know they won't do anything. There's lots they can do, just refuse.

Spent a hour on the phone with Acct Support, was hung up on twice and talked to 3 different people - all temps I suppose. as they knew absolutely nothing of the game. All three were: "Ahhh, ummm, ok, can I put you on hold for a second? My system is freezing up." 2 of them said that, probably to go ask what they hell they were to do.

They initially offered me a RTB (yes just one). Asked for a supervisor if they couldn't give me 10 that I burned thru getting my 20th done fast before my TR. After going thru my store history the gave me the points, but it was harder than pulling my own teeth with a model railroad set.

From other PM's I got, it's happening to FOT as well..so I would shy away from 20th rewards for a while.

And by BTW, been lurking for a while, you guys crack me up!

Since I knew I wasn't going to get any items, the only compensation they would give is TP back for RTB's. That's account support according to Turbine.

Admirable to try and get some compensation out of Turbine, but expecting account support reps to know much about in-game going ons is asking a bit much. Demands for compensation for in-game bugs are probably rare and probably require approval by a manager.

BTW, I work in IT.  We use regression testing heavily when we patch or update the code.

This concept is not rocket science.  It's not difficult to do.  It just takes time, patience, commitment and consistent effort. 

It's like weight loss.  Losing weight isn't hard because people don't know how to lose weight.  It's just hard because it requires a lot of dedication, commitment and consistent effort.
