	Yes, they really did remove links to and disable most search features like new posts and posts by user. https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/423297-Forum-hotlink-New-Threads-gt-Pr... Probably FOS trying to further cover his tracks.

	Without the Search for New Posts there's about no point going to the official forums. Even with the custom made CSS, it's just a pain in the ass to find the new posts.

	Make the forums less useful and people won't use them. Then you can shut them down to save money.

Nah, it's just that the monkey in charge of the web at Turbine can't get his head out of his ass when it comes to web development and deployment, and he has been unable to actually fix some of the bugs of the forum... especially the one that was crashing the PHP scripts for the search function. ( and it seems he hasn't got the brain cell required to google for some PHP search code. ) The Butthurt is for turbine as since the forum downgrade they have been unable to find a chimpanzee to fix the forum problems. For an Online Game Company it's just ridiculous. Soon we are going to be able to call it the worst ever community website from an online game development company.

	I'm not getting auto logged out of the forums now, which is a plus. I wonder if that's deliberate or an oops. I left a tab open for two hours, came back and I was still logged in.
