	Turbine actually refuses to do anything when people are ripped off. In my opinion an unwillingness by Turbine to discipline scammers�actually encourage this kind of thing. As long as DDO Mods have a we don't really care attitude things like this will only continue to happen. I'm really amazed there is not more scamming going on. This kind of attitude encourages it: I would consider scamming disruptive but hey what the hell do I know. From the DDO ToS: My own theory is that Turbine does not have enough mods to actually investigate scams and chooses not to expend the resources and money to do so. So yea, if your an asshat scam away they care not.
