I ran it today.  It's still open on Khyber.  Not for any reason than besides I always use Von1-4 as part of my leveling plan from 20 to cap.  Those suckers are easy XP.  And fun.

I actually did one and two at level 10 last night.  Could barely find the quest giver in the crowd.  Trying to set a new TR plan with the changes.  Maybe I start Shadow crypt for once a days earlier...

I have got a full set of skulls now though for my PM so there is that and am still beating 1k xp/min even running Epic Casual will full repeat penalty and only the opts of killing the minotaur and the arena boss.

I'm curious...I mean, aside from the fact that people can get loot for a pack they may or may not own, is it really so great to get a bunch of EN loot?

I know eGH has some nice shineys too hang on your walls, but is it really worth so many people 'exploiting' another quest for it.  I dunno, I guess I'd rather spend the time running EH/EE GH for the loot I want rather than farm an easy epic for EN loot. 

Dunno what all the fuss is about...

No, but you get to choose also 5 relics each time you run it... and it's way way faster than running PoP or Cabal for more relics.

Why bother with EN items ?

The relics are more interesting to get armors and to upgrade items...
