	Usually, they don't just give you anything. They "give" loot boosts or XP boosts for X number of days. Which means you have to play during the specified time to get any benefit. Which is kinda shitty logic. You have to play now because we wouldn't let you play when you wanted to. They should just give every toon a 50k xp stone in their inventory BTA (like the ones you get from the daily dice rolls). That says, we are sorry you couldn't play when you wanted to. Here's at least some of the XP you would have earned. But I doubt they'd do anything that cool.

	We got 250tp last time, but that was, what, four days? And completely their fault? Maybe every VIP gets a one day credit. But I doubt it. Something along the lines of double bonus days (like, +20% renown AND +2 loot) this coming weekend, I could see that, but I'm not holding my breath.

	They aren't required to give us anything, but history shows they will. And really, giving a bonus weekend costs them nothing.

If they don't compensate at least the VIPs for their lost time of their monthly subscription then this would be very poor even if it wasn't Turbines fault that caused the downtime. But yeah... whatever... one could also say, just another reason not to go VIP. Let's see if someone is getting some kind of compensation when Turbine finished their internal discussions about what happend.

	I hear they are going to add a new NPC to the harbor who will dispense heartfelt apologies from Turbine in exchange for Astral Shards. Every apology will also have a 1% chance to give you something slightly useless and a 99% chance to just spam your inventory with gifuckingnormous stacks of coal.

	I asked what compensation Turbine will be providing VIPs/Vets. I doubt anything will come from it, but the player replies are typical so far: https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/424920-What-caused-the-service-outage-... Memnir replied poking Turbine in the eye, so I consider that a win.
