	I'm biased for Kobolds, so I didn't vote for any KA Kobold... ( and I know they are stuck between the hammer and the anvil ) I was tempted to vote for Rowan, as he just made his appearance post and since then he seems to have been basically a non entity, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt... Things we see in U20 were probably started before his time. All the rest have my vote of no confidence. ( especially true for the feathered star. )

	I chose Other because Eladrin was not an option. Before they assed up the forum, I read most of Eladrin's posts, starting with his first one. In the beginning, he was enthusiastic, engaged, and admitted some mistakes. Later, Eladrin architected the "enhancement" to TwF mechanics in Update 5. His capstone achievement is the change to AC that resulted in it being less meaningful in hardest content than before the revamp. Unlike the other options, Eladrin could have been a great thing for the game.

	I voted for some other dickhead because I feel it's the whole atmosphere, the culture that they have built. There are some that buck the system, and if we were honest I think we can all agree that we are starting to see changes. (more communication and asking for feedback) even if they do not take the feedback, it's a start. Culture takes a long time to change. Culture plays a large role in the decisions that companies make. Turbine is no different, in order to change systems you have to change culture.
