Honestly, regearing doesn't really require too much thought. Simply write down what you want\think you need on paper (for example, we don't know if you use stunning blow\etc\etc) and then try to fit it into gear slots. There are some itemss you have now that you probably won't take off (like litany), so that makes things easier. Also, a lot of the loot gen\U19 accessories are very good, so look at those.

The main point is no one knows what you want\need specifically. Figure that out first.

Do you use tactics ?
Self healing method ? Scrolls, cocoon, bluebar ?
Can you spare twist for extra fort ? ( PLEASE IGNORE IF YOU ARE MADDMATT )
Have enough displace clickies or need blurry on gear ?

Build around Black set of course, then hjeal amp, seeker and ghostly somewhere.
Random shit probably covers the rest.

No tactics, mostly ranger brute force. Can get to about 58 strength.
I use cocoon and heal scrolls
I have Brace for impact, cocoon and a dance with flowers twisted in. I use Fury of the Wild as my main ED
I have some displace clickies, wands of blur 10 and so forth.

+10 CHA item, +2 insightful CHA (stolen necklace works well here), stormreaver pendant, jorganduls collar,

Wolf Cloak (24)

Seeker 10 of whatever item, wherever you can fit seeker really

PDK gloves, Backstabbers, health of false life

Black dragon helm +8 anything really, or +3 CON

Rings : Avithoul, tendonslice dunrobar, stalker ring, shadowfell rings

Goggles : shadowsight works fine here but any WIS +9\10\11 of resistance or whatever item is fine too

Belt : spare hand, skullduggery,

Bracers : amp, twisting shade, health of false life

boots : goatskin boots, GS smoke, health of false life again, halycon

Put deadly wherever you can fit it really. Either a ring or cloak would be best. Out of all of the stuff, I'd probably roll with twisting shade and put deadly of whatever on my cloak. Also if you don't have a BDH yet, it's very easy just to throw it on the helmet.

The rest is personal preference, but now you have some options to look at.
