Important news :

Yesterday in FoT I looted a Paralyzing of Disruption Bow. ( or something like that The thing that leapt out was that it was a Paralyzer )

IIRC it was from the Raid Chest not from the 3 random loot chests.

So it seems that in some cases, some of the old stuff can drop.

I only see paralyzing on epic level stuff anymore.  usually with some other effect I don't want with it - like paralyzing of disruption.

Yeah, the way it works now is that while paralyzing weapons technically still exist, you will never see it on a new weapon with an ML low enough for it to be useful.  Might as well think of it as a ~5% chance to paralyze on mobs which can be effected, i.e. if they roll a 1 to save (and maybe not even then?) = useless.

Should use the level 28 paralyzing weapons at level 1 while you still can (before u20, or so I hear)...
